RESERVATIONS POLICIES:
Children:
The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs
are complimentary upon request and subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are
considered as adults by the Hotel.
Extra bedding:
For double rooms with enough space, an extra bed for a third occupant is allowed and is chargeable
as per triple room price.
ROOM OCCUPANCY:
The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number
of occupants permitted for the respective room types:
Standard Double Room : up to 2 persons
Superior Double Room up to 3 persons
Suite Deluxe Room : up to 4 persons
If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel’s Maximum Occupancy Policy, our
staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the Hotel reserves the right to refuse
entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
Age requirement:
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18
must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.
Check-in / check out :
Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 2 p.m. and
check-out time is 11.30 a.m. For early arrival before 2.30 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the
room one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12
p.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.
From check out time 11:30 a.m until 05:00 p.m Fee: 50 % of the room price.
The guests should return the room key/card at the reception during the check out , if any case of
lose the fee is 10€.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY :
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by
accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel’s property or structure.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX :
Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe or in the Safe Deposit Box
provided at the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal
valuables during your stay.
PETS :
The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs.
PROHIBITED ITEMS :
The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:
• Animals of any kind, except guide dogs
• Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
• Objects emitting a foul odor
• Unregistered firearms or other weapons
• Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
• Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
• Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Albania
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited
items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage
that may be caused by such items.
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES :
Excessive noise and parties:
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict
zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on
our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or
otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
Inappropriate behavior:
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by
the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right,
after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in,
but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
Smoking:
The Hotel has only non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel
as well in balconies or terraces. There will be 100 euro fee for thorough cleaning services charged to
any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
PAYMENT POLICIES :
Currency and taxes :
Rates are in Euro and includes: 6% VAT and visitor taxes.
Credit card pre-authorisation :
If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel would hold the total
amount on your credit card prior to arrival.
Room charges :
For bookings directly at the front desk , the total payment should be done during the check in time
for all the period. In any case of any cancelation or departure before the check out date, no refund
shall be made.
For bookings made via e-mail or phone/mobile number, the total reservation amount shall be
charged through the credit card authorization form. No refund shall be made if your reservation is
cancelled.
Incidental charges :
For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit of 50 euro for incidental charges upon check-in.
After room control during check out ,if everything is in order the hotel should return the deposit to
the guest.
¬ THIRD-PART BOOKING SOURCES :
In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly
with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of
booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
RIGHTS AS A HOTEL GUEST :
• HOTEL is responsible for providing a room in good condition for occupancy. That induces sanitary
bathroom facilities, adequate ventilation of air conditioning, freedom from insects and other pests,
and other similar basics.
• In case of any problems , the HOTEL may recommend a change of accommodation for the
remaining nights of your stay, in an accommodation that is comparable to the accommodation of
your initial choice in size, features, quality.
• Guests can be refunded the amount paid, if the problem’s nature belongs to the HOTEL .

as and when it deems nessesary.
