RESERVATIONS POLICIES:
\nChildren:
\nThe Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs
\nare complimentary upon request and subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are
\nconsidered as adults by the Hotel.
\nExtra bedding:
\nFor double rooms with enough space, an extra bed for a third occupant is allowed and is chargeable
\nas per triple room price.
\nROOM OCCUPANCY:
\nThe total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number
\nof occupants permitted for the respective room types:
\nStandard Double Room : up to 2 persons
\nSuperior Double Room up to 3 persons
\nSuite Deluxe Room : up to 4 persons
\nIf you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel\u2019s Maximum Occupancy Policy, our
\nstaff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the Hotel reserves the right to refuse
\nentry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.
\nCHECK-IN \/ CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
\nAge requirement:
\nGuests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18
\nmust be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.
\nCheck-in \/ check out :
\nUnless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 2 p.m. and
\ncheck-out time is 11.30 a.m. For early arrival before 2.30 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the
\nroom one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12
\np.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.
\nFrom check out time 11:30 a.m until 05:00 p.m Fee: 50 % of the room price.
\nThe guests should return the room key\/card at the reception during the check out , if any case of
\nlose the fee is 10\u20ac.
\nDAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY :
\nThe Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by
\naccidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel\u2019s property or structure.
\nSAFE DEPOSIT BOX :
\nGuests are encouraged to keep their valuables in the in-room safe or in the Safe Deposit Box
\nprovided at the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal
\nvaluables during your stay.
\nPETS :
\nThe Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs.
\nPROHIBITED ITEMS :
\nThe following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:
\n\u2022 Animals of any kind, except guide dogs
\n\u2022 Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
\n\u2022 Objects emitting a foul odor
\n\u2022 Unregistered firearms or other weapons
\n\u2022 Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
\n\u2022 Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
\n\u2022 Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Albania
\nThe Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited
\nitems. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage
\nthat may be caused by such items.
\nHEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES :
\nExcessive noise and parties:
\nTo ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict
\nzero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on
\nour premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or
\notherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
\nInappropriate behavior:
\nShould any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by
\nthe Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right,
\nafter the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in,
\nbut not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
\nSmoking:
\nThe Hotel has only non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel
\nas well in balconies or terraces. There will be 100 euro fee for thorough cleaning services charged to
\nany non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
\nPAYMENT POLICIES :
\nCurrency and taxes :
\nRates are in Euro and includes: 6% VAT and visitor taxes.
\nCredit card pre-authorisation :
\nIf you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel would hold the total
\namount on your credit card prior to arrival.
\nRoom charges :
\nFor bookings directly at the front desk , the total payment should be done during the check in time
\nfor all the period. In any case of any cancelation or departure before the check out date, no refund
\nshall be made.
\nFor bookings made via e-mail or phone\/mobile number, the total reservation amount shall be
\ncharged through the credit card authorization form. No refund shall be made if your reservation is
\ncancelled.
\nIncidental charges :
\nFor all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit of 50 euro for incidental charges upon check-in.
\nAfter room control during check out ,if everything is in order the hotel should return the deposit to
\nthe guest.
\n\u00ac THIRD-PART BOOKING SOURCES :
\nIn the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly
\nwith the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of
\nbooking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.
\nRIGHTS AS A HOTEL GUEST :
\n\u2022 HOTEL is responsible for providing a room in good condition for occupancy. That induces sanitary
\nbathroom facilities, adequate ventilation of air conditioning, freedom from insects and other pests,
\nand other similar basics.
\n\u2022 In case of any problems , the HOTEL may recommend a change of accommodation for the
\nremaining nights of your stay, in an accommodation that is comparable to the accommodation of
\nyour initial choice in size, features, quality.
\n\u2022 Guests can be refunded the amount paid, if the problem\u2019s nature belongs to the HOTEL .

\nThe Hotel reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules
